RN - PCU

Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will be comfortable working routine care and will possess the ability to float between multiple locations as needed.

Shift and Schedule:

• 36 hours scheduled per week
• 24 hours guaranteed
• Evening shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Must be willing to float to similar units or nearby locations

Weekend Requirements:

Weekend scheduling will be determined based on the facility's needs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience with recent clinical experience in the last 12 months
• AHA, ARC, or ASHI certifications for life support (BLS and ACLS) are required
• No disciplinary actions against state license to practice
• No requests for time off (RTO) may exceed 7 days
• Drivers license required for residency verification
• Travel experience is highly preferred

Profile Requirements:

• Complete cover page indicating willingness to work in various locations and departments
• Updated resume detailing all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds
• Completed PCU skills checklist within the last 12 months
• Active license to practice, verified within the last 30 days
• Current active ACLS and BLS certifications from an approved vendor
