Job Title: MARS Project Manager Partner EngagementJob Category: Information TechnologyTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with PolygraphEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Local* * *The Opportunity:CACI is seeking a Project Manager for the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA’s) Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) Program.More About the Role:As the selected representative, you will assist with managing MARS projects to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and proper relationships are established within the intelligence community, their supported customers, and our FVEY Partners.Responsibilities:Support MARS capability development, modernization, innovation, and user adoption.Coordinate with and streamline communications between all stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of MARS Agile Software development and methodologies.Professional knowledge of Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) and its processesExperience with the approval processes and implementation of ATOs, APIs, and FTPsProfessional knowledge of and interaction with our FVEY partnersSecurity Classification guidelines as it pertains to the IC as disseminated by ODNIQualifications:Required:Current, Top-Secret, clearance with the ability to receive Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI), and the ability to obtain and maintain a DIA Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.Experience supervising intelligence analysis projects.Experience utilizing the DIA’s, Modern Integrated Data Base (MIDB), and familiarization with MARS.Desired:Minimum 8 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Bachelor’s degree in a related field.PMP, CAPM, or equivalentActive DIA CI Poly-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
