Federal Program Manager

Leading multi-stream technology programs, the full-time Senior Federal Program Manager will manage client relationships, oversee project timelines, and ensure contract deliverables are met in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Serve as the principal point of contact for government clients, establishing strong relationships and managing expectations Collaborate with Engineering Leads to develop project timelines and ensure alignment with client expectations and contract deliverables Translate client needs into clear targets for development teams, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are achieved Required qualifications At least 6 years of experience in roles supporting government software projects as a Project Manager or similar Proven track record as a high-performing individual contributor focused on client relationship management Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and eagerness to discuss AI tools and applications Experience managing contract deliverables for FFP, CPFF, and T&M vehicles Solid understanding of project management frameworks and experience with enterprise tools like Jira and GitLab
