BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a traditional inpatient-outpatient role at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a continuity-focused, panel-based practice combining outpatient primary care with inpatient rounding, ideal for physicians who value long-term patient relationships and comprehensive care.

Position Highlights (Highly Searchable)

• Inpatient & Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician Role
• Traditional model — clinic + hospital rounding
• 32 patient-facing hours/week (Monday–Friday)
• 1:6 call rotation with inpatient responsibilities
• Established patient panel + ability to build your own
• Continuity of care model (no handoffs, no unfamiliar patients)
• Inpatient care contributes to wRVU productivity
