Kitchen Manager

Cowboy Club Grille & Spirits is a family-owned, high-volume restaurant with a 30+ year history on 89A at the crossroads of Uptown Sedona.

We are currently hiring a Kitchen Manager. However, we value good employees and are always looking to add talent to our team. We provide competitive wages ranging from $18 to $28 per hour dependent upon position and experience, medical/dental/vision/life insurance benefits, and an employee dining program. Duties:

• Maintain a clean environment at all times while following all company and health code requirements.
• Have thorough knowledge of menus and the required preparation of dishes.
• Follow directions for food preparation to maintain uniformity in taste, presentation, and waste management.
• Train and supervise kitchen and utility personnel with an emphasis on maintaining our culture and standards.
• Communicate effectively in a spirit of teamwork and partnership.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand throughout the entire shift and lift 40 lbs.
• Food Handlers Certification complying with state requirements.
