Assist customers by preparing federal and state tax returns at an onsite retail location. Responsibilities Include Providing expert tax advice and support to clients Identifying deductions and offering tax planning guidance Helping customers effectively utilize TurboTax products Building strong local client relationships through outreach and personalized service Qualifications And Skills Knowledge of tax laws and return preparation for individual and business clients Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to analyze financial information and identify tax-saving opportunities Proficiency in using TurboTax software #J-18808-Ljbffr Boulder Connect
