Job Description
We are currently seeking Multiple Residential / Apartment Maintenance Suprervisors with IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
We have properties that are in need of Maintenance Technicians Asheville - the location offered to you will be the location closest to your home!
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Coordinate apartment turns to ensure units are move-in ready on schedule.
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including participation in an on-call rotation.
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and capital improvement projects.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
EPA certification required
CPO certification required

Physical Requirements:
Frequently stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and lift heavy objects.

Be available for after-hours emergencies and rotating on-call responsibilities.
