Restaurant Server – Pyramid Global Hospitality Shift Time: 6am–2pm Compensation: $17.00 – $17.00 per hour Responsibilities Prepare the restaurant pre‑shift for the service ahead Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant Guide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menu Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests Be the master of the menu, understanding details to enhance conversations Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation Qualifications Engaging and welcoming personality Descriptive and able to sell menu items 2–4 years of food service experience Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests Excellent communication skills Benefits Comprehensive health insurance Retirement plans Paid time off On‑site wellness programs Local discounts Employee rates on hotel stays Ongoing training and development opportunities Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
