Where is the work to be performed? (Please list preferred Health Care Company facility, if other please specify i.e. remote work, rural, etc.) MN002 - however likely that it would start remote until contractors come in office

Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes whats being done? Stars Data Mart supports Medicare and Retirements Data Management and Quality division which manages the annual submissions to CMS for the STARS program which reports on gaps in care and member level analytics.

What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)?

• Experienced Product Owner in agile setting
• Healthcare/Health Care Company Experience
• 3+ years experience defining features, leading refinement, writing and evaluating acceptance criteria
• 3+ years experience building product roadmaps and reviewing w/ stakeholders

What does the team make-up look like - how many members and what is the break-down of the teams skill sets (ex: 1 PM, 4 Developers, etc.)? Will join a team with 4 Engineers, 2 onshore, 2 offshore

Demonstrated experience defining business and system requirements for software related products and services.

Experienced at leading analysts in the process of understanding and documenting the users need.

Identifying needed capabilities to resolve the products need.

Working with technical and operational resources to create a Roadmap for what capabilities should be delivered and when they should be delivered.

Lead analysts through the process of creating requirements for a development team to implement within an agile environment.

Manage and groom a backlog of requirements for a product.

Evaluate requirements and test results as the projects mature through the SDLC.

Assess the products effectiveness post implementation.

Desired Skills: Experienced creating Roadmaps and Requirements in Aha! and / or Rally. Strong experience using Aha! for road mapping and requirements is a big plus. Experience in the healthcare payer (health insurance) industry.
