We are looking for a motivated and compassionate PTA who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and helping them regain strength, mobility, independence, and confidence.Why Join Us?Flexible scheduling to support work-life balanceFull-time, part-time, and PRN opportunitiesCompetitive pay-per-visit compensationMileage reimbursementBi-weekly pay with direct depositPaid hands-on training and orientationSupportive clinical and interdisciplinary teamContinuing education and professional development opportunitiesEmployee referral programOpportunities for career growth and advancementWhat You'll DoImplement individualized treatment plans designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and activities.Assist with gait and mobility training using walkers, crutches, braces, and other assistive devices.Provide therapeutic modalities as prescribed.Monitor patient progress and communicate significant changes to the supervising PT.Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to promote continued progress.Assist patients with safe transfers and mobility.Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.Participate in quality assurance activities, team collaboration, and ongoing trainingWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practice.Graduate of an accredited PTA program.Minimum 2 years of PTA experience preferred; home health experience is a plus.Current CPR certification.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage visits effectively.Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes.Ability to safely assist with patient transfers and mobility, including patients weighing 150+ lbs.Ability to meet all applicable state and company compliance requirementsWhy Home Health?
