Clinical Support Nurse

Milan Laser Hair Removal is looking for a Clinical Support Nurse (CSN) to help elevate Treatment Excellence across our clinics throughout Texas and surrounding markets. This is a highly visible, autonomous leadership role for an RN who wants to make an impact beyond a single clinic by developing Providers, strengthening protocol adherence, and advancing quality, safety, and the Client experience across multiple markets.

Unlike a traditional clinic-based nursing role, the Clinical Support Nurse is not assigned to one clinic or home-base metro area. Instead, you'll serve as an extension of Milan's Medical leadership in the field, traveling from clinic to clinic to coach and support Providers, strengthen adherence to Medical Protocols, and help ensure consistent standards of care across every clinic you support.

Travel and in-clinic support are central to this role. Expect to travel at least 75% of the time, including overnight travel by both car and air.

About the Role

As a Clinical Support Nurse, you'll partner closely with Providers, Clinic Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Directors of Nursing, and other internal teams to support Milan's standards for Treatment Excellence. You'll work closely with Milan's Medical leadership at Headquarters while operating independently in the field, helping translate Medical standards into consistent practice across Milan clinics.

You'll spend significant time in our clinics observing, coaching, and supporting Providers firsthand, while also providing virtual Medical support when needed. From Provider education and performance feedback to chart reviews and laser treatments, you'll help ensure Providers have the knowledge, guidance, and support they need to deliver safe, effective treatments and an exceptional Client experience, in every clinic.

What You’ll Do

• Carry the vision into the field. Travel throughout Texas and out-of-state clinics to translate Milan’s clinical standards into hands-on support, observation, coaching, and education.
• Coach and develop Providers. Deliver coaching and performance feedback aligned with Milan's Medical Protocols and support Providers throughout their development journey.
• Champion clinical quality. Audit medical records and treatment activity, complete chart reviews, and support quality assurance efforts that promote client safety and protocol adherence.
• Set the clinical example. Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with Milan protocols and model the standard you coach Providers toward.
• Support Provider retention. Build trusted coaching relationships that help Providers feel supported, confident, and set up for long-term success at Milan.
• Support the field. Respond to clinical communications, complications, occurrences, and medical incidents, providing timely guidance and support.
• Build strong partnerships. Develop trusted relationships with Providers, Clinic Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Provider Educators, and other internal partners.
• Drive continuous improvement. Champion opportunities to improve clinical processes, Provider performance, and treatment outcomes for the best Client experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Current, applicable, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – required
• Minimum of one year of registered nursing experience – required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent – preferred
• Prior leadership experience – preferred
• Demonstrated excellence in patient care and customer service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coach, support, and build relationships with team members across multiple locations
• Strong organization, initiative, discretion, and accountability
• Comfort working independently and managing multiple priorities in a mobile/remote environment
• Passion for the aesthetics industry
• Valid driver's license and ability to rent a vehicle
• Residency near a Milan Laser clinic
• Daily access to reliable internet

Travel Expectations

This is a high-travel position with no assigned clinic or metro-area home base. The Clinical Support Nurse provides support wherever the business and our Providers need it across Texas and Milan clinics.

Candidates must be willing and able to:

• Travel at least 75% of the time, including overnight travel
• Travel regularly by car and commercial air
• Lead and support inside Milan clinics throughout the assigned territory
• Adjust travel and clinic schedules based on Provider and business needs
• Support multiple clinics and teams rather than one permanently assigned location
