Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments for students referred to our services, identifying their unique mental health needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing solution-focused strategies designed to meet individual goals and enhance emotional well-being.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, to support diverse patient populations.

• Collaborate closely with educators, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on working with a diverse student body, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
