Asset Manager

The IT Asset Lifecycle Support Analyst oversees endtoend hardware and software asset management, including maintaining inventory levels, procuring equipment and licenses, coordinating endoflife disposal, and managing vendor relationships to resolve fulfillment, quality, and backlog issues. The role handles all newhire equipment orders and return logistics for departing employees and contractors, while also supporting internal staff with hardware, software, cloud applications, mobile devices, and general desktop technology needs. This handson position provides L2 escalation support, assists with New Hire Orientation, and supports remote and geographically distributed teams. Responsibilities span warehouse logistics, CMDB accuracy, procurement and invoice reconciliation, software and cloud license administration, device lifecycle management, and onsite technical troubleshooting across computers, networks, and mobile platforms. The analyst also delivers smart hands support for remote teams, coordinates with thirdparty technicians, and contributes to projects and new technology rollouts, requiring consistent onsite presence in the office.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of hands-on IT Helpdesk, Desktop, and inventory management experience
• A successful candidate must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
• Excellent Customer Service First/Customer compassionate mindset
• Must be confident in your technical abilities and be able to communicate effectively with a non-technical end user community
• High energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment
• Flexible in a fast growing and constantly evolving environment
• Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems, desktop/laptop deployment and imaging solutions, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively and efficiently
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently
• Ability to take direction from a remote Lead, Manager, etc. and work within a team of technicians
• Must have good people skills, working directly with end u both in person and on the phone
