As a Snow Plow Operator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our clients' properties safe and accessible throughout the winter season while working alongside experienced industry professionals. Responsibilities

• Safely operate snow plow trucks and snow removal equipment
• Clear snow and ice from commercial properties
• Apply salt and de-icing materials as needed
• Perform equipment inspections before and after each event
• Respond promptly to snow and ice events, including overnight and early morning shifts
• Maintain company standards for safety, quality, and customer service
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members during weather events

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during snow events
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in challenging winter conditions

Schedule

This is a seasonal, on-call position. Team members must be available to respond during snow and ice events, including overnight, weekend, and holiday hours when necessary.
