About the Role:

Pasco Turf & Tractor LLC / Carts Unlimited is looking for a skilled Golf Cart Technician to join our team in Zephyrhills, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a variety of golf cart makes and models, keeping customers rolling in style and comfort. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain gas and electric golf carts from leading brands
• Perform routine preventive maintenance including battery service, oil changes, and brake inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, controllers, motors, and charging systems
• Complete engine repairs, carburetor cleaning, and fuel system service on gas-powered units
• Install aftermarket accessories, lift kits, wheels, and custom upgrades
• Document repair orders, parts used, and labor accurately in service records
• Communicate repair status and recommendations clearly to customers and service staff

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a golf cart, small engine, or powersports technician preferred
• Working knowledge of electric and gas-powered golf cart systems (EZGO, Club Car, Yamaha a plus)
• Proficiency in diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic tools and multimeters
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair orders efficiently
• Valid driver's license required
