Maintenance Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance functions throughout the facility. The supervisor will oversee a team of maintenance technicians (typically 8 to 10). This position reports directly to the Maintenance Superintendent.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•
Downtime tracking and analysis.
•
Preventative maintenance tracking and analysis.
•
Education tracking and scheduling for Maintenance Technicians
•
Perform audits (e.g. housekeeping, safety, lockout/tagout)
•
Continuous Improvement
•
Time and attendance tracking for direct reports
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•
High School Diploma.
•
Technical degree(s) or vocational certification(s) (Industrial Maintenance or relevant field of study)
•
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
•
2-5 years management experience
•
Microsoft Office
•
Organizational skills
