As a Medical Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing our online appointment system, answering patient inquiries, and assisting with patient check‑in and registration. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, collecting patient information, and ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date patient records. You will also be responsible for responding to patient inquiries via phone and email and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
