Senior Paralegal

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate required\n• 7+ years of experience in a paralegal role, with significant hands-on experience in \ncommercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, \nand development projects\n• Experience working directly with commercial/business teams on contract \nnegotiation\n• Familiarity with legal technology platforms (specifically GC AI, Claude, Docusign, \nSharePoint, or similar)\n• Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and \nthe ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.\n• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior \nleadership\n• High degree of discretion given direct access to General Counsel and senior \nleadership. \n• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\n• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.\n• Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification
