We're expanding our Installed Services Division and adding a new crew at our Mishawaka Window & Door facility. What You'll Do

Prep openings and install windows and exterior doors in new construction projects
Use tools like hammers, levels, and power saws with confidence (or we'll train you!)
Climb ladders, lift and set windows, and handle equipment safely
Work as part of a team that values safety, quality, and craftsmanship

What We're Looking For

Some construction knowledge is helpfulbut not required
Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs and working with tools
A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
A team player who communicates well and takes pride in their work
