Aunt Martha’s Health & Wellness is hiring a Community Health Promoter to conduct community outreach and help patients navigate healthcare services and benefits. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills and the ability to travel for outreach activities. You will connect prospective patients with our health centers, assist with Medicaid enrollment, and build relationships with hospitals and community organizations.
