Not Your Average Joe's is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager. Experience managing a full‑service restaurant is required. Job Overview As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day‑to‑day operations of our restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all hourly positions and provide leadership, ensuring the consistent execution of our quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture. You will work closely with the GM, assisting in marketing and playing a pivotal part in overall financial results.
