Open Positions Structural Welders 6GR Welders 2G / 3G / 4G Welders – gouging experience required Requirements Minimum 3 years of structural welding experience in an industrial or heavy fabrication environment Ability to pass position-specific welding qualification tests Gouging experience required for 2G / 3G / 4G positions Proficiency in SMAW, FCAW, or GMAW processes Familiarity with AWS D1.1 or applicable structural welding codes preferred Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Pay & Benefits Competitive pay – based on position, experience, and certifications $500 Sign-On Bonus* Company-paid lodging for out-of-area hires (first week covered)* Per diem available* Overtime available – work as many hours as you want Performance and referral bonuses* Why Tarpon/ Paloma Specialty Services?
