Program ManagerIchor Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Operations team. This is a full-time onsite position located in Fremont, CA.The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional projects and programs that support organizational goals and business objectives. This role partners with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.The Program Manager serves as the primary point of coordination for complex initiatives, managing timelines, resources, risks, communications, and performance metrics to ensure successful program delivery.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and implementation of strategic programs and projects.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on program objectives and priorities.Monitor program progress and communicate status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.Facilitate meetings and ensure accountability for action items and project deliverables.Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets as assigned.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze program performance to drive decision-making.Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall business performance.Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and executive presentations.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.Support change management activities associated with new processes, systems, or business initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field required.PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certification preferred.Experience3 - 5 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities.Demonstrated ability to drive projects from initiation through completion.Key CompetenciesStrong project and program management skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.Experience with project management methodologies and tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.Physical RequirementsAbility to work in both office and manufacturing environments.Regular interaction with cross-functional teams, leadership, customers, and external partners.Occasionally lift and carry up to 15 pounds.Occasional walking through production and warehouse areas.Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.For candidates in CA: The pay range for this position is $78,900 - $134,100, exempt, per year.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
