Club Pilates has been recognized in Inc Magazine's Inc. 500 and Inc. 5000 List two years in a row as well as Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500 two years in a row.Position SummaryThe Pilates Instructor delivers safe, effective, and inspiring group classes in alignment with Club Pilates standards and teaching methodology. This role fosters a welcoming and empowering environment for members of all levels while upholding the highest standards of form, safety, and client care. Club Pilates prioritizes career advancement within the organization and seeks to offer unlimited growth potential to those who thrive.Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standardsInstructing clients (up to 12 clients per class) using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc. to ensure a safe, yet creative experienceConducting private, semi-private, demo or other additional sessions as neededVisually inspecting the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to useMaintaining a clean and orderly workout environmentBeing a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.Qualifications & SkillsExperience teaching group classesCurrent full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalentAbility to demonstrate effective group reformer instructionEnergetic, positive and motivational teaching styleCapable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercisesPunctual, reliable and dedicatedFocus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skillsExperience with club management software and/or the ability to learn new systemsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay: $40 - $55 per classFlexible block class schedulingFlexible private and semi-private training opportunitiesFree Pilates classesOpportunities for growth within the local studios and nationwideWe look forward to hearing from you.
