Manager, Software Engineering: Middleware

So just wondering if you are looking for any new opportunity.
- Middleware Messaging Manager position - looking for 5-7 years of mgmt. experience in the platform space (could be a formal manager role or lead type of role could work to) - resumes looking so far haven't had enough of the leadership aspects - WIDE OPEN hasn't started interviewing yet
- Manage on call rotation between resources on team
- Manage current product support as well as new product they are building (24/7 environment)
- Tools are Kafka, MQ, IR360 - biggest need is Kafka and MQ
- Candidates need strong hands on technical skills with one of the above technologies- ideally both but that may be hard to find
- Ability to manage team for different projects - high visible deliveries
- Familiar with Jira and working within an agile environment (sprints)
- 6 people current on the team - SME's, SMB's split between Kafka and MQ (they will take on all 6 reports)
- The right candidates will be out of financial services more then likely
