Junior Digital Designer

The Design & Direction team is responsible for translating creative vision into compelling digital experiences that balance artistic expression, user experience, and commercial performance. Working collaboratively with Creative Directors, Project Managers, Content Production, Development, and Client teams, we create work that inspires audiences while delivering measurable business results. How You'll CREATE The Junior Digital Designer supports the creation and execution of digital design solutions across artist stores, ecommerce experiences, campaigns, content initiatives, and marketing touchpoints. Working under the guidance of Creative Directors and senior design team members, this role contributes to the development of visually engaging and brand-aligned creative assets that support both artist storytelling and fan engagement. This role provides an opportunity to develop creative, technical, and strategic design skills while gaining exposure to a wide range of digital experiences and campaigns. The Junior Digital Designer will play an active role in bringing creative concepts to life, contributing ideas, executing design work, and continuously developing understanding of design, user experience, and digital commerce.
