salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, systems, and production machines
• Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions and engineering specifications, troubleshooting malfunctions
• Prepares mechanical maintenance reports
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, use precision measuring and testing instruments
• Design and fabricate supporting structures to include but not limited to frames, tables, workstation aids, etc.
• Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inpsecting used parts, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
• Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
