Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Maintain awareness of access points and restricted areas, assist with visitor direction, and document observations, incidents, and patrol activities according to site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Meet hospital vaccination requirements. Be able to work in and around a hospital morgue. Be able to restrain individuals when necessary. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
