General Superintendent

Job Description Responsibilities Oversee multiple pipeline construction projects or large-scale operations across the region1 Lead and manage field superintendents, foremen, and crews Coordinate with project managers, estimating, and operations teams Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations2 Plan manpower, equipment, and materials across projects Enforce safety standards, compliance, and company policies3 Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality Resolve field issues, delays, and subcontractor challenges Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal leadership Drive productivity and efficiency across all jobs Requirements 10+ years experience in pipeline construction or oil & gas field operations Proven experience as a Superintendent or General Superintendent Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews/projects Deep understanding of pipeline construction methods and field execution Experience with scheduling, manpower planning, and cost control4 Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment Company Description Eagle Energy Oilfield Resources is an Oil &Gas Service Company in Odessa, TX, That provides the following services: vessel fabrication & repair, mechanical, pipeline construction & repair, electrical & instrumentation, insolation & scaffolding, and remediation & civil.
