Registered Nurse (RN) - Part time - Day/Night Rotations - 5A Intermediate Care

Position Overview Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to work 12 hours per week on the rotating shift (Day/ Midnight) at our Christiana Hospital on the 5A Stepdown Unit (Medical Intermediate Care inpatient unit). Weekend and holidays are as per the department guidelines. As a member of our team, you will engage in a true relationship‑based model, building relationships with patients and families as well as your peers, guided by our values of love and excellence. After an individualized orientation, we support independence in nursing practice and encourage board certification in Medical‑Surgical, Geriatric and/or Progressive Care Nursing. Responsibilities You will manage a 4-5 patient assignment and work side‑by‑side with the interdisciplinary team that includes Patient Care Technicians, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, and other medical professionals.
