Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Attorney

A well-established regional law firm with a strong presence across the Mid-Atlantic is seeking a transactional real estate attorney to join its growing practice. Opportunities are available in multiple offices within the region.

The ideal candidate will bring at least four years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including property acquisitions and sales, leasing, and financing transactions. Particular consideration will be given to attorneys with substantial leasing experience involving office, retail, and industrial assets, as well as a demonstrated ability to independently manage transactions through closing.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on a variety of development-related projects and transactions. Responsibilities include negotiating and preparing transactional documents, reviewing due diligence materials, supporting financing matters, and advising clients throughout the lifecycle of real estate deals.

Candidate Profile

Successful applicants will possess:

• A strong academic background and solid law firm experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and client communication skills
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex transactional agreements
• The ability to manage matters efficiently and work with an appropriate level of autonomy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• An interest in client development and long-term practice growth
• A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to an expanding practice group

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required
• Admission to practice, or ability to obtain admission, in the applicable jurisdiction
• Four or more years of commercial real estate transactional experience.

Pay Details: $205,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year
