Product Designer

Job Duties:

• The focus of the work will be to support SAP initiative.
• Support and maintain SAP role personas that reflect user goals, responsibilities, and pain points.
• Advocate for user needs in cross-functional discussions and decision-making.
• Apply UX best practices to ensure consistent experiences and smooth transitions between applications.
• Work closely with the internal CE development team as well as our outside implementation vendors.
• Journey mapping - Translate research insights into journey maps, task flows, personas, and design strategies that guide product direction.
• User research - Advocate for the end user by conducting research, defining personaspecific requirements, performing task analysis, and developing use cases.
• Usability testing - Perform usability analysis and user testing to validate ease of use across customer segments.
• Crossfunctional collaboration - Partner with engineering and business teams to align on user experiences and drive adoption.
• Experience iteration - Analyze product usage data and feedback to refine and improve existing experiences.
• Accessibility advocacy - Ensure accessibility considerations are incorporated into all design decisions.
• UX pattern documentation - Define and document user experience patterns, behavioral patterns, and interaction models for consistency.
• A product designer to join the team that focuses on SAP and SAP user journeys across the whole organization
• Make low fidelity wireframes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, UX/UI Design, HumanComputer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. (Required)
• Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Creative problemsolving - Datadriven creativity and structured problemsolving.
• Communication & collaboration - Strong ability to communicate design decisions and work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Detail orientation - High attention to quality and user experience.
• Humancentered design - Deep understanding of HCD principles and usability best practices.
• Accessibility standards - Familiarity with WCAG and inclusive design methodologies.
• Problem framing - Ability to break down complex problems and propose actionable design strategies.
• Crossfunctional coordination - Skilled at navigating multiteam environments.
• Continuous learning - Curiosity and commitment to staying current with digital trends.
• Interaction design - Ability to define user flows, interaction patterns, and holistic product experiences.
• Comfortable with research, user interviews, user flows and journeys but then also be able to visualize it for the technical team that does the customization work
• Experience in large platform rebuilds would also be beneficial
