AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION is not your typical plumber – we are the leader in leak detection services throughout the country.  We do not do production or service plumbing:  we find and repair various concealed plumbing leaks in houses, gas piping, irrigation systems, and pools and spas.

We have an immediate need for a career-minded, enthusiastic person with good communication skills, work well under pressure and make sound judgement calls.

This position provides full-time work Monday thru Friday.  Weekend hours are optional.

• Training starts at $20.00 per hour (depending upon your experience) while you learn our trade. 
  • The more you know and learn, the more your earning potential.                                                  
  • Our experienced technicians earn 6 figures without much overtime.
• Duties include: 
  • Leak detection and repair work at residential and commercial locations.
  • Leak detection work is done on underground piping systems inside and outside of buildings, as well as in swimming pools and spas.
  • Leaks are located and repaired on sewer and drain systems.
  • A variety of electronic leak detection equipment is used to diagnose.

Qualifications

• Must be able to swim, occasionally lift up to 100 pounds, have good hearing, and occasionally go into tight places.
• Mechanical background is helpful, as is experience using tools.
• Good DMV report.
• Drug test and background test.
• Neat appearance is also important.
