Speech Language Pathologist – Pediatric Home Health Speech Language Pathologist – Up to $7,500 sign‑on bonus. Flexible schedule. Full‑time or part‑time. No productivity quotas or visit caps. Responsibilities Provide pediatric speech‑language therapy to children from birth through age 21. Treat children with genetic, neurological, developmental, cognitive, and orthopedic conditions. Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Address speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and communication needs. Educate and empower families to actively participate in therapy and carry over skills. Collaborate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams. Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning within a supportive team environment. Schedule & Flexibility You set your schedule – choose the days, hours, and service areas that fit your life. No mandatory overtime or productivity quotas. Both full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available. Compensation Competitive pay: $90,000 – $150,000 annually for full‑time SLPs, based on experience, caseload, and availability. Caseload‑based compensation – earn more by choosing a higher volume without mandatory overtime. Many full‑time SLPs achieve six‑figure earnings while maintaining work‑life balance.
