As a Restaurant Leader, you'll work closely with our Operations Leads to execute the restaurant's goals while developing the people around you.

HOW YOU'LL LEAD

Our Restaurant Leaders focus on three fundamentals of execution.

Pursuing Mastery

Great leaders don't settle for "that's how we've always done it."

You'll learn our systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and help create solutions that allow the restaurant and team to perform at a higher level.

Owning the Numbers

Leadership means understanding the results you're responsible for.

You'll learn where the restaurant stands, where we want to go, and what actions your team can take to get there. You'll use goals and performance results to make better decisions and drive improvement.

Helping Others Win

Your success isn't measured only by what you accomplish.

It's also measured by the people you develop.

You'll coach Team Members and Trainers, provide clear feedback, recognize great performance, and help identify and prepare future leaders.

We're looking for someone who can lead with both high expectations and genuine care for people.

EXPERIENCE & AVAILABILITY

Candidates must have either:

At least 1 year of Chick-fil-A leadership experience

or

At least 3 years of leadership experience in a fast paced, high pressure environment

A resume and professional references are required.

Restaurant Leaders must average at least 45 hours per week and have availability for one of the following schedules Monday through Saturday:

5:45 AM to 2:00 PM

or

2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Restaurant Leaders report directly to the Operations Lead.
