Lubrication Technician

Hansel Toyota is looking for an ambitious and motivated Express Lube Technician who is ready to jump-start or elevate their automotive career. Responsibilities and Duties Perform oil and fluid changes efficiently and accurately Replace filters and perform factory-recommended maintenance Complete courtesy inspections and multi-point inspections Deliver high-quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations Work collaboratively with a fast-paced, professional service team Qualifications and Skills Shop experience is highly preferred Previous automotive training or automotive school experience is a plus. Strong work ethic and attention to detail Desire to learn and grow in the automotive field Clean and valid California driver's license Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Pass a drug test Benefits and Perks Medical Insurance Employee Discounts Supportive team culture Pay Defined: Pay Range is $21.00 per hour. The Lube Technician position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation starting at $21.00.
