Your Responsibilities

• Connect with potential candidates to discuss opportunities at MLR and gauge their interests
• Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for a deeper evaluation
• Engage with leads to maintain their interest and assist them in their hiring journey
• Keep thorough and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commission through successful meetings set, interviews that take place, and hires facilitated through your outreach
