Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide effective individual and couples therapy to clients, tailored to suit their unique needs.
- Utilize our efficient billing service, which manages claims and supports tasks such as eligibility checks and payment plans, allowing therapists to focus on client care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and therapy sessions, contributing to our robust electronic medical records system.
- Schedule ongoing appointments with your clients while managing an organized calendar to uphold a consistent therapeutic relationship.
- Effectively handle a range of clinical presentations, addressing various mental health concerns with the empathy and professionalism necessary for positive client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clientele includes individuals and couples from all backgrounds and age groups, seeking assistance with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
- Possession of a degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, along with an active LCSW license for independent practice.

- A minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including two evenings to accommodate clients' varying schedules.
Preferred Experience

- Demonstrated expertise in addressing a variety of clinical presentations, ensuring that clients receive tailored therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000–$100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. As a full-time W2 employee, you will access the following benefits:
