Traveling Superintendent - Hotel Construction

About the Company Based in Florida, we are a well-established and growing GC that specializes in hotel construction. Our work is primarily ground‑up and includes WoodSpring Suites, Home2 Suites, Extended Stay America and more. Due to growth, we are hiring a Superintendent. We work throughout the East Coast so travel is required. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year Competitive base salary plus bonuses Comprehensive benefits ESOP Truck allowance, phone allowance, per diem and more Requirements Experience as a Superintendent at a GC Experience with hospitality, multifamily, or assisted living construction Experience with ground‑up ProCore experience Ability to travel throughout East Coast Equal Opportunity Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
