A local manufacturer specializing in custom fabrication, laser cutting, welding, and tool design is seeking a Welder to join their growing 2nd Shift team.  This role is ideal for someone with welding experience who wants to work in a clean, team-oriented facility while producing high-quality metal products.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Welder , your responsibilities will include:

• Operating welding equipment to assemble and join metal components.

• Applying MIG and TIG welding techniques to meet production specifications.

• Measuring and inspecting welded parts to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Meeting production quotas in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety procedures.

• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and quality output.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma required

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail

• Previous experience operating welding equipment

Skills:

• MIG and TIG welding proficiency

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

• Reliable and team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Commitment to safety and quality standards
