Associate/Senior Associate, Business Management, Global Client Group

Location Brookfield Place New York – 225 Liberty Street, 8th Floor Business – Global Client Group Key Responsibilities Partner with Head of Channel Management to facilitate the build‑out, growth, and scaling of the Family Investor, Retirement/DC, and Insurance Solutions teams globally. Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all fundraising data (commitments, opportunity pipeline, activity) for Family Investor, Retirement, and Insurance Solutions clients. Analyze trends and themes in fundraising data to drive insights, business decisions, and sales behaviors. Collaborate with the India team to create and maintain a suite of management reports to track and monitor KPIs. Project manage key growth initiatives for the Family Investor, Retirement/DC, and Insurance Solutions segments. Support the creation of long‑term growth strategy plans. Partner with internal stakeholders (Client Relationship Managers, Business Management, Client Strategy & Operations, Fundraise Management, Marketing, Product, Investment Solutions Group) to advance tactical and strategic assignments. Act as a proxy for the Head of Channel Management where required. Assist the Heads of Family Investor, Retirement/DC, and Insurance Solutions teams as needed. Experience Required 5+ years of experience in investment management, preferably with exposure to private markets. Direct exposure to a sales team with deep understanding of the client lifecycle, preferably within private markets. Extensive use of Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with visualization and analytical tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau). Exposure to and use of AI tools. Competencies & Skills Strong analytical skills and comfortable managing large data sets. Highly numerate with financial acumen. Proficient user of technology. Exceptional communicator, both written and oral. Excellent organizer and planner. Ability to build rapport and strong relationships quickly. Strategic thinker capable of building consensus among colleagues. Self‑motivated and proactive, identifying areas of risk or enhancement in advance. Hard worker with high stamina. Adaptable to a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Salary NY: $125,000 – $150,000 (base salary plus short‑term incentive program; compensation varies by geography to reflect local market conditions).
