We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician for a direct hire opportunity with one of our trusted clients. This is a long-term, stable position focused on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems—no ductwork required.

Job Description:

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems within a commercial facility. This role is ideal for technicians experienced in HVAC maintenance, HVAC repair, and preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues (electrical & refrigeration systems)
• Repair and adjust HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain facility HVAC systems and ensure proper operation
• Follow scheduled maintenance programs and service logs
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Utilize basic computer systems for reporting and troubleshooting

Qualifications :

• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience (HVAC technician, HVAC mechanic, HVAC service tech)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in HVAC systems
• Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems
• EPA Certification / HVAC-R Certification preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Basic computer skills (work orders, maintenance logs, etc.)
• Must have your own hand tools

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
