Conduct follow-up visits for surveillance and survivorship patients, monitoring for recurrence and late effects. Take first call for symptom support and treatment management during clinic hours, escalating to MD as needed. Collaborate with a physician as part of a care team to develop and implement treatment plans. Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and document in MediTech EMR.
