This position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling designed to support your life and career goals.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children
• Provide one-on-one therapy targeting speech, language, communication, and swallowing skills
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated, whole-child care
• Educate and empower families with strategies to support progress outside of sessions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adjust treatment plans as needed

Who You Are:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Washington State SLP license
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping children and families
• A collaborative team player with a growth mindset
• Committed to ongoing learning and improving clinical practice
