What You'll Be Doing Generate new business through networking, prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings Build relationships with: Multifamily Operators Commercial Property Owners Retail & Shopping Center Owners General Contractors Facility Managers Identify project opportunities involving: Concrete Repairs Pavement Maintenance Striping Projects Site Improvements Manage opportunities from first contact through project award Work closely with leadership and operations teams to develop proposals and win work Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Who We're Looking For Business Development Professionals Outside Sales Representatives Project Managers with client-facing experience Estimators with strong relationship-building skills Ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career in construction sales What's In It For You?
