Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every Other Weekend (Friday/Saturday) | One Winter Holiday Required (Eve and Day) | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) setting
• Float as needed to ICU, intermediate, and telemetry units
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality critical care
• Adhere to facility dress code: Navy Blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

• BSN required
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; MICU experience required
• Valid RN state license required at time of submission
• PA Fingerprints required; must be completed within 1 week of contract signing
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard travel rate; candidates within 50 miles are subject to a local rate differential
• Pass/Fail clinical exam required for clearance (candidates have up to 3 attempts)
• First-time travelers are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Familiarity with floating across ICU, intermediate, and telemetry units
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in high-acuity environments
