Junior Electrician

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Junior Electrician to join our team in the beautiful Villa Haven, Maldives. As a Junior Electrician, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties across the island. Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices and hand tools Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and safety regulations Maintain a clean and safe work environment Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Collaborate with team members and other trades on construction and renovation projects Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics Familiarity with electrical tools and equipment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Basic math skills for calculating voltage, current, and resistance Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to following proper procedures Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilitiesVocational training in electrical systems preferred Apprenticeship or internship experience is a plus Ability to work in a tropical climate and adapt to island living conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr
