Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following established safety protocols and regulations. Professional Requirements Completion of high school, a GED, or an equivalent educational background. A minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in facility or building maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing setting. Foundational understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Maintain a constructive, professional demeanor while demonstrating a commitment to ongoing process refinement. Proficiency in interpreting basic schematics and blueprints. Capable of managing your own workload and working independently with limited oversight. Willingness to adapt to varying work conditions, including both indoor and outdoor settings. Possession of relevant professional certifications is considered an advantage. Physical Demands The role involves standard office‑related physical activities with limited exposure to safety risks. Ability to perform various physical movements including sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
