Requirements:

• Current, active state license required
• Experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfort providing both in-person and virtual services (where available)
• Commitment to both direct student therapy and indirect consultative services

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions aligned with student IEPs
• Document and track student progress
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
