Senior Tax Manager - Public Company & ASC 740 Expert

TSMC Arizona seeks a Principal Tax Manager to lead tax reporting and strategy for the Fab 21 team in Phoenix. You will collaborate with line management to optimize tax efficiency and ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting standards. You will review corporate income tax returns, ASC 740 provisions, and develop systems and policies to improve data collection for tax filings.
